This project is about a Taiwan fire station competition. Due to the intense program requirement, extremely strict fire-control regulation and the surrounding green elements, in this proposal we focus on two key points: the first is to shorten the setting- out time of the firefighters through manipulating building layout, the second is to connect the landform and the architecture itself through form manipulation. Based on these two strategies, the 6 meters height-parking space was deployed in the east-north corner in order to connect to the major road and sub route to speed up the fire truck launching time. Meanwhile in order to use the space efficiently, we create one mezzanine in between this 6 meters height parking space and use this one to connect the backside landscape and future police station. This space configuration provide multi-activities plate for the fire fighters not only for training space but also for fire-control educations, and also make the building and the landscape become one geometrical entity.
