This
project is an administration building design with mixing using programs
including Bali district office, clean-team office and Bali registration office.
In this proposal we intend to minimize the mass of the building in order to
keep the completeness of the ground green area and connect to the surrounding
park. In the roof top we apply the form of the Guanyin
volcano to create the green roof. In one hand it can receive the rain water and
transmit it to the ground water pool, in the other hand it can also effectively
isolate the intensely sun shine during the summer time in Bali. The sun-proof
louver allows the air exchange without mechanical equipment meanwhile creates
the fluent image for the building facade. In the end the administration
building is just like a great steamship, slowly sailing in the green forest and
head to Taipei Harbor, Bali.
